Murungai Keerai Peratal - Moringa Stir Fry - முருங்கைக்கீரை
Ingredients:
1 onion
3 clove garlic
3 dry chili
anchovies
murungai keerai (moringa leaves)
grated coconut
First, saute onion, garlic, anchovies and dry chili. Then add moringa leaves and salt.Once done off the stove and then add grated coconut. TADAAA....simple yet healthiest peratal is ready.
