Easy Lazy Paruppu Vadai - Dhal Vadai
Ingredients:
Dhal
1 Onion
1 Green Chili
Cumin
Salt
First wash the dhal and soak it in water for 4 hours. Rough blend the dhal with less water and mix it with onion, green chili, crushed cumin and salt. Then deep fry the vadai. TADAA....the hot vadai is ready. You can dip it in chutney, chili source or thousand island and eat it. The vadai will be best to eat with hot tea. Try it & do comment guys.
