Ingredients:
1 cup urad dhal / ulunthu
6 tbsp brown sugar
Soak the urad dhal for 2-3 hours. Blend it with little water and fry it into small balls. Add 6 tbsp of brown sugar in 1 cup of water for the brown sugar caramel. Once the sugar is boiling, add the fired vadai and mix it. The sweet tiny vadai is ready to serve.
