Coconut Barfi Recipe - தேங்காய் பர்பி - Thengai Burfi
Ingredients:
2 cup grated coconut
1/2 cup sugar (you can add sugar as per your preference)
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp ghee
Roast the coconut and add sugar, milk, cardamom powder & ghee gradually.
Once it's thicken can transfer to a tray and the coconut barfi is ready for serving.
