How to cook Nasi Lemak - Anchovies Sambal with only 2 ingredients

Ingredients: For Rice (Rice, Coconut Milk, Pandan Leaves, Ginger, Salt) For Sambal (Anchovies, 2 big Onions, Salt, Pandan Leaves) Peanuts Eggs Cucumber Wash the rice and add Coconut Milk, Pandan Leaves, Ginger, Salt & cook it. For sambal, fry the anchovies first. Then take out the anchovies, add onions on the same oil. Fry till the onions turn brown. Add little salt & pandan leaves(for flavour). Then add sambal paste and saute well. Add some water to the sambal and stir well. Once sambal is ready, add the fried anchovies and stir. TADAAA......nasi lemak is done. Try it and comment guys.
