🍗 For Chicken Fingers

  • Boneless Chicken (cut into strips)
  • Oats – 5 tbsp
  • All-Purpose Flour – 4 tbsp
  • Egg – 1
  • Pepper – ½ tsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp

🍋 For Lemon Sauce

  • Lemon Juice – 5 tbsp
  • Water – ½ cup
  • Sugar – 2 tsp
  • Corn Flour – 2 tsp (mixed with a little water)
  • Lemon Peel (zest) – 1 tsp
