 Ingredients:

Mushroom 1 tsp salt 1 tsp paprika powder 1 tsp pepper 1 egg 2 tbsp corn flour 1 tbsp all-purpose flour Add salt, paprika, pepper & 1 egg to the shredded mushroom and mix well. In another bowl, add 2 tbsp. corn flour & 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour and mix well. Coat the mushroom in the flour mix and fry them. Quick and easy snack is ready to serve.
